Every piece offered by Harper Lee Jewelry is created from raw metal. Each letter is individually stamped into the metal by hand. As such, each letter may not line up perfectly and some letters may be deeper than the others. This is the art of hand stamped items and what makes your piece special and unique. No two items are exactly the same!


You can care for your hand stamped jewelry by following these practices:

Remove your jewelry before using any product that contains bleach, ammonia, acetone (in many nail polish removers), or turpentine, and before swimming in chlorinated water These chemicals will break down the alloys in the metal and may leave the surface with pits or a dull finish. Avoid direct contact with perfumes and lotions as they may also affect the finish.
