Please note, In order to maintain the structure of the heart pendant the inner hole is very small and will only hold a tiny amount of dust which can be transferred using a mini funnel provided with this purchase.

The contents are secured inside the pendant with a threaded screw at the bottom. It is recommended to place a drop of glue on the end of the screw before tightening to ensure the remains stay sealed and airtight forever.

Every piece offered by Harper Lee Jewelry is created from raw metal and are hand stamped. As such, slight variations in depth and alignment are to be expected. This is part of the nature of the piece and it’s what makes them unique and special!

You can further care for your hand stamped jewelry by following these practices:

Remove your jewelry before using any product that contains bleach, ammonia, acetone (in many nail polish removers), or turpentine, and before swimming in chlorinated water. These chemicals will break down the alloys in the metal and may leave the surface with pits or a dull finish. Avoid direct contact with perfumes and lotions as they may also affect the finish.

Your jewelry should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off in the evening.
