The Stainless Steel pendant will never rust or tarnish, ensuring that this necklace will be a forever keepsake!
Please note, In order to maintain the structure of the heart pendant the inner hole is very small and will only hold a tiny amount of dust which can be transferred using a mini funnel.
The contents are secured inside the pendant with a threaded screw at the bottom. It is recommended to place a drop of glue on the end of the screw before tightening to ensure the remains stay sealed and airtight forever.
Every piece offered by Harper Lee Jewelry is created from raw metal and are hand stamped. As such, sometimes the letters may not seem completely aligned or straight and may have slight variations in depth, alignment, and spacing. This is part of the nature of the piece and it’s what makes them unique and special!

I will include a sample polishing cloth with your purchase to keep your purchase beautiful! However, you can care for your hand stamped jewelry by following these practices:
Remove your jewelry before using any product that contains bleach, ammonia, acetone (in many nail polish removers), or turpentine, and before swimming in chlorinated water. These chemicals will break down the alloys in the metal and may leave the surface with pits or a dull finish. Avoid direct contact with perfumes and lotions as they may also affect the finish.
Your jewelry should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off in the evening.
Aluminum is a very light weight and soft metal, everyday wear may cause small scratches over time, but nothing that is very noticeable. Be sensible with your piece, maybe take it off if you're sky diving or building a house!
